Back in 1975, Claude J. Legrand and Luciano Bernasconi came up with a setting and characters that combined the geography of the Conan stories with the nobility of Prince Valiant. Hexagon has begun to reprint the stories, translated from the French.

About 100 million years ago, Earth had one continent and quite a bit of sword and sorcery. Prince Kabur of Ultima Thule was kidnapped and replaced by the wizard Sham with a sorcerous evil clone known as Rubak. Thinking his son had attempted to overthrow his rule and take over the kingdom, King Sharon exiled Kabur and so our hero began his quest of enlightenment and self growth.
