Liri Lee of the Linear Men discovers the sleeping form of Imperiex, a being who keeps sweeping the old universe away in order to make way for a new one. Unfortunately, this universe is the current “old” one and only the combined might of Earth’s super-heroes and an alliance of beings from other worlds can hope to stop him.
