Sam Noir, the samurai detective, stars in his second mini-series for an adventure that promises more genre mashing.

After marrying a hard-boiled mystery with a samurai setting in the first series, creators Eric A. Anderson and Manny Trembley add pirate elements: a tropical locale and the Polynesian mystique in this latest tale that sees Sam Noir taking a vacation. Trying to forget the disappointing and tragic details of his last case, Sam looks to while away his worries on a beach with some tropical cocktails to keep him company. Unfortunately for this gumshoe, trouble never takes a holiday.
