Superman’s parents may have perished, but he can still find out about his ancestors and the history of Krypton. In this three-issue mini-series, Superman and Supergirl discover their roots. They travel to Kandor, the city which had been shrunken and placed in a bottle. Superman found a way to enlarge the city and relocated it on a new planet under a red sun. Now with the aid of mind-and voice-tapes Superman and Supergirl find out all about their heroic forebears.

For truly die-hard fans, Krypton Chronicles also includes a glossary of Kryptonian terms.
