A more “hip-hop” version of the typical super-hero touted as “America’s Best Villain Comic Book,” Bomb Queen features the Queen, Blacklight and Shadowline battling it out in the conventional way but with added humor, violence and a sensuality that is normally not depicted in a book such as this. Bomb Queen makes for a highly enjoyable and original read. A back-up feature starring the same title character rendered in a completely different style adds to the graces of this series.
