Harvey Comics was never very good at celebrating their own past, reprinting old stories at random in new books without any acknowledgement of the stories reprinted, or any regard to their history. Harvey Collectors Comics was created to rectify the situation, and although the choices were less than inspired, with an over dependency upon relatively recent Richie Rich issues, there were a couple true rarities in the series with issue #1 which reprinted the first two issues of Richie Rich; #7 which reprinted the first two issues of Friendly Ghost Casper; and #16 which reprinted the first two issues of Sad Sack.
