This horror comic which explores the origins of the famous vampire hunter Abraham Van Helsing is filled with action and intrigue. The mysteries behind the main character, Samantha Smith—the wife of one of Van Helsing’s great great grandsons—and her memory loss spark a global adventure to find out the truth of the relationship between vampires, the Van Helsings, and the descendants of the original damsel in distress, Mina Harker. Add to this vicious assaults by the blood sucking fiends and secret cabals that rule the world from shadowed halls and the reader is left with a web of mysteries and conundrums. With interludes that involve the infamous Grigory Rasputin into the life of Van Helsing (drawn by Guy Davis, creator of The Nevermen) and there is plenty of entertainment value in this title.
