Writer Paul Dini is back with a sneak preview of a new series previewed here by Top Cow. Teaming up with artist Kenneth Rocafort, Dini explains in a lengthy text piece what Madame Mirage is all about. He says, “Madame Mirage springs from my love of comics, adventure stories, pulps, strong heroines, bizarre super villains and probably a million other sources.” This description is backed with preliminary artwork and finished sketches. Rocafort’s style “captures the two worlds of superheroes and film noir,” according to Dini. It promises to be a series worthy of Dini’s previous efforts.
