Pirates vs. Ninjas (Vol. 2)

The sequel to Antarctic Press’ (what else?) Pirates vs. Ninjas, Pirates vs. Ninjas II resumes the story of Kineas P. Montague, “Royal Scribe of his Majesty King George III,” as he’s made off with some priceless treasure that both pirate and ninja forces would kill to have. And so it is that both pirates and ninjas pursue Kineas to the spot of his next mission, Venice. Both intend to capture him, but they’ve both got a score to settle with each other as well.

Born out of an internet joke, one would not expect a series titled Pirates vs. Ninjas to be very serious, and they would be correct. However, the joy of a series like this is seeing these two age-old cultural enemies battle, and creators Wes Hartman, Robby Bevard, and Joe Wight do not cut short the action, or the humor, that a title like this should possess.
