The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: By Himself

A first-person perspective comic of a motorist kidnapped by Sheriff Hoyt, who then relates the origin of his cannibalism in a Korean POW camp to the poor schlub. The team of Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning script this one with enough character to even up the low drama, but then, it’s more of a character study than a plot-driven story. Artist Wes Craig and colorist Randy Myer make good mileage on the slight number of panels per page, and the point-of-view storytelling technique turns out very effective for a horror comic.
