From the dawn of time to fall of civilization, there’s a lot of heartbreak in the world of Skye Ogden. Doom seems to await all its anthropomorphic (though not human) residents. Ogden makes it all look beautiful, with pleasing shapes and textures, bound in a glossy black-and-white cover. Five wordless tales of pure, sequential storytelling, bleeding honest emotion and daring the reader to take a taste. Vowels gets better with every reading.
