Tempest (Big City)

Jeff Kaufman, Robert Doria and Tony Kordos give us a new tale about a vigilante in New York City. Vlad Tempest is a district attorney, sworn as an officer of the court to protect the public. He takes his job very seriously, and every 15 days when he transforms into a vampire he makes sure to only eat the worst criminals he can find. Unknown by Vlad, his fate is being debated by the other vampires of the world. He may be the descendent of Vlad the Impaler, otherwise known as Count Dracula, and if that’s the case then he’s destined to rule them all. Only there are plenty of vampires who are happy with the way things are, and would rather risk making a powerful enemy than allow Vlad Tempest to live.
