Tales of Tellos

Mining Dungeons & Dragons, Harry Potter, pirate tales and ghost stories for source material, creators Todd Dezago and Mike Wieringo created Tellos, a magical world inhabited by spirited pirate gals, elven rogues, talking animals, and thuggish ogres. Aimed at Tellos newbies, this three issue anthology attempts to be accessible while also filling in back–story and presaging plotlines to come in Tellos: Second Coming, due out in 2005. Many written by Todd Dezago, these stories vary in length from six to twelve pages, and are illustrated in full–color by Kelly Yates, Ciro Tota, Bruno Bessadi, and Mauricet.
