Danny Tsang is a stuntman working in the Hong Kong movie business. While being filmed performing a dangerous stunt an incident occurs that leads to Danny’s accident—he falls, along with an electrical cable, into a vat of experimental fuel-plasma!

Danny survives the accident, but is changed! Now he has become a living battery full of current and incredible strength. With the aid of a friend from the movie business—a F.X. tech—Danny acquires a fiber-mesh costume and some nifty gadgetry that will harness his abilities and help him forge a new career in Hollywood or anywhere!

But fate has other plans for this young fortune seeker.
