Aliens (Magazine, Vol. 1)
(Trident, 1991-1992)

Dark Horse takes over publishing at issue #17
Twentieth Century Fox had an enormous hit on its hands with the movie Alien, the horrifying science-fiction tale which reminded viewers that, “In space, no one can hear you scream.” It followed this up with the movie Aliens, and later Alien 3. Simultaneously, it opened up the Aliens “universe” as the setting for a series of books and comics. It made similar arrangements for its Predator movies, resulting in a fascinating exploration of the strange culture behind those extraterrestrial hunters.
The best of the Aliens and Predator comic stories are carried in serial form in this monthly magazine. There’s even a serialization of the epic Aliens vs. Predator story in which the two alien races go head–to–head.
