Primortals (Leonard Nimoy’s…, Vol. 2)

The second volume of Primortals was part of a mid-1996 relaunch of all the Tekno (now Big) titles. By now, the alien race called the Majae (a.k.a. Primortals) has landed on Earth, and their influence is being felt everywhere. The fear of these strange new beings explodes when an alien plague devastates Earth partway through this seven-issue run.

Although Big started with grand plans for their comic lines (including CD-ROM spinoffs and a Primortals interactive comic book), the whole enterprise could not withstand the shrinking comic market of the mid-1990s. The relaunch fell apart, ending Primortals Vol. 2 with issue #7.
