Philbert Desanex is a mild-mannered ace reporter for the Morning Mishap. But unbeknownst to many, he is also Muthalode City’s greatest defender, the powerful Wonder Wart-Hog. The Hog has a liking for racing, whether it’s motorcycles or cars, and he can often be found at the track, defending the good name of superior U.S. technology from overseas competitors. That doesn’t mean that Philbert doesn’t take his role as a super-hero seriously. When he’s not enjoying a good race, he can be found helping the police keep Muthalode’s crime gangs in check, or putting a stop to the mad schemes of the nefarious Masked Meanie. The Hog keeps an eye on the global situation, too. Why, he once teamed with the president himself to stop the International Order of Bomb-Flinging Fiends.
