This issue contains Uncanny X-Men #141: the classic first part to Claremont and Byrne’s “Days of Future Past” epic; Fantastic Four (Vol. 1) #48: a Kirby/Lee classic featuring the first appearance of both Galactus and The Silver Surfer; Amazing Spider-Man #1: ‘nuff said; and, Daredevil (Vol. 1) #181: featuring Frank Miller’s pulse-pounding Death of Elektra story. In this volume lie four of the greatest stories of Marvel’s long history, but the shame of it is that they are so low on the count – at least 2 of these are top ten books! Well worth the money at under ten bucks for books that even in good or VG condition would run you a hefty credit card bill – if you could find them!
