This black-and-white series from Head Imports stars funny—and occasionally foul-mouthed—animals and ambulatory writing utensils and vegetables. “Swinehog” endears himself to a grateful population; an old practical joke goes awry for a couple of scheming rats; “Mr. Pencil” sings and dances his way to a bitter end; and “Tommy the Carrot and Carl Tomatoe,” a couple of country vegetables, go to the big city for an adventure.
