In far off Taoland, young Shaohai (an aspiring kung-fu fighter) often practices with his mentor, baboon warlord Yingpeng, in Shaohai’s uncle’s tavern. Meanwhile, evil dragon Lord, Yaw-Kuai plans his invasion of Taoland. But first he must remove its defenders.

The very bright artwork combined with a very direct and simple dialog style makes this a very interesting series worth looking into. Jeff Amano’s story and art are incredible.
