Holocaust is a flame-throwing mutant who received his powers in the “Big Bang” that birthed the rest of the Dakota (Milestone) superbeings. He parted company with the Blood Syndicate early in that title’s run, and has since become a competitor and foe.

In this mini-series, Holocaust turns on the heat, taking down mobster Elijah Sinclair, and seeking Sinclair’s seat at the table of the Coalition, the shadowy forces which are the real power in Dakota. This leaves the Coalition with a choice: to welcome this incendiary figure into their midst, or to arrange an end to him forever.
