A host of The Flash’s worst enemies—Heat Wave, Weather Wizard, Captain Cold, Mirror Master, and Boomerang—have escaped from the Underworld, but they still fear Neron’s curse, for the Prince of Lies still has designs on reclaiming their souls. Rather than lead a life of goodness, though, the five determine that the best way out is to break into a church, steal the most spiritual object in the world, and use it to defeat Neron. That’s the plan, anyway, but the roguish Trickster has other ideas. His far more devious plan involves the rogues, the powerful God known as Meshta, and of course his foe Neron, and it might just get all of them killed.

Written by Brian Augustyn and drawn by Ron Wagner, this one-shot is part of DC’s “New Year’s Evil” event series of books featuring villains in leading roles.
