Don Diego, better known as the outlaw vigilante Zorro, is on a journey from Spain to France. While securing his ship’s passage, he is attracted to the beautiful Carmelita Rodriquez, a woman grief-stricken by the death of her father. There is another passenger, however, who is also drawn to the sad beauty: the mysterious and dangerous Count Dracula. At first, neither Carmelita nor Diego realize the true threat posed by this strange nobleman, and the vulnerable young woman begins to fall under his evil spell. When the vampire’s true nature is at last revealed, it may already be too late for even the sword of Zorro to save the girl’s soul. For all his skill, Zorro is still only human, and what mere mortal can hope to stand against the centuries-old Lord of Vampires?
