The Seadragon

Any emerald-skinned character that swims underwater will automatically draw comparisons with Triton from the Inhumans. Such is the case with Seadragon.

The first issue of Seadragon leaps into a story without any background info on the title hero until the tale has already halfway unfolded. Readers are directed to Epsilon Wave No. 1 for Seadragon’s origin.
Seadragon was once Walter Kochs until an accident happened, the specifics of which are not revealed. Seadragon helps the Atlantis-like city Manoa find a powerful missing gem. Perhaps the best part of this series is Dennis Yee’s art, which has some similarities with that of Sub Mariner creator Bill Everett.
