In another version of Earth, Elanore Roosevelt is president, Adolph Hitler draws comic books, and the biggest sport in the land features flying rocket cars. Chassis McBain, daughter of a wealthy industrialist and heir to his powerful company, is the hottest racer in the land.

But when an unwise comment to the media angers a rival driver, McBain is forced by racing officials to take the battle to the track, a commercial move that is not only unseemly, but dangerous. Rival driver Sabotage has a very competitive girlfriend, and she’s willing to use every trick and tool at her disposal, such as a sycophantic robot, to make sure her man wins.

Launched in 1996, Chassis was published under the Millennium and Hurricane imprints before volume three launched under Image in 1999. The latest incarnation is written by Joshua D. M. Dysart, with art by William O’Neill, Larry Welch and Derek Bellman.
