Johnny Kurtzberg grew up dreaming of the day he could join the Raygun Agency, an interplanetary organization that sends it’s agents all over the galaxy protecting the innocent and keeping the peace. In his junior year of high school, Johnny was accepted into the Raygun Academy and graduated at the top of his class. Now Johnny works under agent Dirk Squarejaw as one of the top agents in the field today.

Johnny first appeared in Cygnus X–1 #2. Here, Rich Woodall and Matt Talbot return us to those thrilling days of yesteryear when the future was all hover cars and jet backpacks and valiant spacemen protecting humanity from sundry monsters and mad geniuses. All in all not a bad black and white series.
