Jango Fett, the father of Star Wars’ most popular bounty hunter Boba Fett, has his origin revealed in this four-issue storyline. Fett is merely a farm boy when his family is murdered by a group of mercenaries called the Death Watch. The Death Watch was originally part of the Mandalorians, soldiers for hire. However, the Death Watch’s barbaric leader, Vizsla, believed that the Mandalorians should rule the galaxy. The Mandalorians were split in two. After his loved ones are slaughtered by the Death Watch, Fett joins the Mandalorians to get revenge.
