A woman attired only in panties, a bra, and an overcoat is killing people whom she sees as rotting zombies. Her victims seem normal on the surface; however, her eyes view them as the undead, their flesh peeling from their bones. Eric Sharpe, a cop, is assigned to the case. After the murderer kisses him, he begins to see dead people himself, including among his fellow officers. The lady reveals to him that the monsters had slain her family. Steven Grant’s script combines elements of crime fiction and horror.
