In the far-flung future, the evil Prince Vidan preys on the miners of Arkaen, stealing the valuable mineral, Herranite, which allows travel through space and time.

Tiring of the Prince’s depredations, the miners hatch a plot to foil Vidan. Traveling hundreds of years into the past, they shanghai the ship and entire crew of the famous pirate known as the Black Kite.

Now, outfitted with a ship that floats above the desert sands, the Black Kite will face down Prince Vidan and his thieving men on behalf of the harried miners. But can pirates from the past defeat space pirates of the future?
