James Conrad is the world’s first and only superbeing. His powers have made him a celebrity, an idol, and occasionally a hero, if it doesn’t conflict with a Late Night appearance. However, when an alien invasion threatens Earth, Conrad - or Mettle, as he’s known to his fans - is the first line of defense! But after an alien device transports him to an alternate reality, Mettle finds himself stuck on an Earth littered with superbeings, including a stronger, smarter, and more heroic version of himself - Metalman!
