In the wake of a meteor’s devastating impact in the not-too-distant future, the surface of the Earth was covered with the ice and snow of eternal winter, and technology has become mankind’s lone hope for survival. It is in the heart of this setting in the Militia’s top secret base that Dr. Gep Hopkins creates E.V.E., the first entirely cybernetic being and, of course, a voluptuous “total babe.” But, alas, Dr. Hopkins can’t find a power source capable of bringing his “daughter” to life. Enter a trio of seemingly supernatural beings led by Azarus; they will bring E.V.E. to life because it is her destiny to rid the world of evil. Or is it?
