Everyone has fond memories of high school, right? The cliques of “cool” kids who never let you forget you weren’t part of the gang, the bitter rivalries over boyfriends that could split up even the best of friends, the peer pressure that could turn even the calmest kid into a fight waiting to happen…oh, yeah, those were the days.

Could it possibly get any worse? Well, when the student-body is comprised of novice ninjas, neophyte sorceresses, and other characters befitting a manga-style Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, the daily routine seldom includes home room and pep rallies. These short, comical adventure stories are loosely linked to a central group of characters, who are just trying to grow up normal in the completely whacked world of Ninja High School. Some issues are published with alternate covers satirizing popular comics and television shows, such as the Comedy Channel’s South Park.
