Catwoman: The Dark End of the Street

    (DC, 2002)
™ and ©2002 DC Comics

Months ago, socialite Selina Kyle was apparently murdered by the Queen of Gotham City’s criminal underworld, the Catwoman. Then, the master thief herself suddenly went missing, and was also presumed dead. The catch? Selina Kyle and her alleged killer are the same woman.

Naturally, everyone from Batman to the mob wants to know what really happened to the feline felon. Enter Slam Bradley, a rough and tumble P.I. whose interest in Catwoman quickly becomes more than just professional. Slam’s investigation was originally chronicled as back-up stories in Detective Comics #759 - 762, and served as the lead-in to the third ongoing Catwoman series. This book collects those stories along with the first four issues of the series.

Donning a new look to match her new attitude, Catwoman returns to her roots on Gotham’s East End. Her first mission: save the city’s prostitutes from a psychotic shapeshifting serial killer.
