Crossing over characters from best-selling titles Planetary and JLA, this Elseworlds story introduces a world run by the mysterious Planetary organization. On the surface, Planetary is a philanthropic company working towards the betterment of human civilization. Its true purpose, however, is far more sinister than anyone could possibly imagine.

Realizing the threat that Planetary poses to humanity, billionaire Bruce Wayne develops a plan to defeat them once and for all. To help him in his quest, Bruce enlists the aid of two individuals with the power to make a stand against the members of Planetary. The first is Diana Prince, the last member of a secret Amazon race wiped out by Planetary's agents. The other is Clark Kent, a superpowered being from another world whose adopted parents were murdered for keeping his secret from Planetary. The one thing Bruce didn't count on was for Planetary to be ready for him as well.
