For decades, the Amazing Spider-Man’s most ruthless and deadly foe has been the maniacal Green Goblin. Wealthy businessman Norman Osborn was the first, and his insanity eventually infected his son, Harry, who also took up the mantle of the Goblin.

Now, Harry is dead, but his evil still haunts Spider-Man and his friends, including young Normie Osborn. Grandson of the original Green Goblin, son of the second one, Normie is a child marked by destiny. Harry’s insanity and evil genius was so thorough that his plans continue from beyond the grave. Preprogrammed mind-control machines and sophisticated robots kidnap his innocent son.

Racing against time, Spider-Man and reporter Ben Urich try to figure out the terrible secret of the kidnapping in time to save Normie from becoming the next Green Goblin.
