The Young Witches: London Babylon

    (Eros, 1995-1996)
™ and ©1995 Barreiro and F. Solano Lopez

The Young Witches proved to be one of Eros Comics most popular adult titles. It returned in 1995 in this sequel series, written by R. Barreiro and F. Solano Lopez.

The young witches are a group of girls raised in the Cult of Ishtar. There, they learned to master their “talent”—psychokinetic powers—as well as being indoctrinated into the world of female sexuality. In this series, however, the girls have been taken captive in London, and are used by the depraved visitors of a brothel when not kept sedated by constant infusions of drugs.

Barreiro also manages to bring in virtually every major historical and fictional figure from Victorian London, including Sigmund Freud, Sherlock Holmes, Jack the Ripper, and even the mother of Margaret Thatcher and a young Winston Churchill.
