The Mirror Man Comic
(Donald F. Peters, 1950)
™ and © Donald F. Peters
Schoolmaster Dean Alder,of Alder Academy, by all outwardly appearances is a thoughtful and caring soul when it concerns his youthful charges. When the human wolves among us threaten, the innocent Alder becomes the Mirror Man, an invisible crimefighter. A Tibetan monk gave a cloak of invisibility to Alder that allows him to pass through the front of a mirror. Strangely enough, the garment is endowed with limited protective and healing properties. Unbeknown to the police and baffled criminals, the Mirror Man risks life and limb protecting the innocent.
This British comic appeared seeming out of nowhere, bearing no cover price. As far as can be determined, issue #21 was the only issue published.
