G.I.M.P.: The Monkey Boy and The Short Order Dwarf (2nd Series)
(Wasteland, 2000)
™ and © 2000 Wasteland Comics, Inc.
In Electric City, all you have to know is where to look to find anything or anyone. But someone wants Stump dead and is willing to pay anyone to do it, even super-villain wannabe’s like Pork Rind Man. But everyone’s favorite vertically challenged fry-cook has a new friend in a talking seven-foot tall ape who’s trying to find him before it’s too late.
John Early’s black-and-white beauty is gutsy with its down to earth style and grit. Violent, yes, but so are most of the super-hero titles and here the language is not the type to make this wonderful story limited to adults only. If you wish to try something new in comics that’s actually fun, G.I.M.P. and company promise to deliver.
