DC Direct Currents

    (DC, 1988-1995)

Like many publications that preview new books, each issue of DC’s Direct Currents contains plot summaries, writer and artist information, artwork and cover images for upcoming releases. Earlier issues also contain interviews, typically with talent involved with one of the projects spotlighted in that particular issue.

Beginning with issue #60 in early 1993, the series switched to a flipbook format, showcasing DC’s mainstream titles on one side and its newly-introduced Vertigo line of titles on the other.
