Hercules (Vol. 1)

Hercules, son of a mortal mother and the god Zeus, was always a rambunctious character. Given to carousing, fighting, and wenching, the sometimes Avengers member was always a trial for his father Zeus. But when Hercules disturbed the serenity of Olympus’ “Day of Reflective Silence,” he succeeded in pushing Zeus’ patience too far. Zeus banished him to roam the stars until he learned the lesson of humility.

We follow Hercules on that quest in this four-part mini-series from Marvel. For all his adventures, no power in the universe had been able to inflict the harsh lesson of humility upon Hercules—but that’s about to change!
