A turning point for David Mack’s beautiful yet scared agent of the Noh. Set in a world of high tech organizations with a blending of Japanese history, Kabuki is a girl working for an organization bent on stopping the crimes of the evil Yakuza. After eliminating a Noh infiltrator and almost dead, Kabuki vanishes. Her fellow operatives believe she may have gone rogue and are sent to hunt her down quickly. Slowly, she comes to terms with her mother’s death and who she is as a person. But even when you think things are better, they can take a turn in the opposite direction...

This tale picks up where Kabuki: Circle of Blood leaves off, continues in Kabuki: Skin Deep which melds right into Image Comics ongoing series, Kabuki.
