If not exactly the black sheep of the DC super-hero family, the Outsiders have at least been the “weird kids.” That is true more than ever in this post-Zero Hour Outsiders series.

The new team consists of a rotating cast including Halo (in a new body); the hypnotic Looker (now with vampiric powers); swordswoman Katana; magician Felix Faust; the feral Wylde; old leader Geo-Force; and newcomers Technocrat and the Eradicator. Their foes are as weird and offbeat as the Outsiders themselves. Worse yet, their radical changes sometimes wind up pitting teammates against each other.
