Arsenal is a cocky young hero whose confidence is matched only by his amazing abilities with a variety of weapons. Now, however, he’s got a problem that he can’t solve by himself.

The KGBeast has taken Arsenal’s wife, Jade, hostage. His intention is to sell her to a group of Quraci nationalists in exchange for cash. The Quraci’s will certainly have her killed, and though Jade is herself a terrorist, she’s also the mother of Arsenal’s three year-old child. In desperation, Arsenal enlisted the help of Batman. It was a fortunate choice for two reasons. First, it is the incredible skill and power that the Caped Crusader brings to the table. The second is the experience that lets Batman realize that things are not always what they seem…
