The theme of Part 4 is traditional female abilities and charms. Soun Tendo and Genma Saotome’s perverted teacher Happosai escapes and comes to wreak havoc on the underthings of local women, especially Akane. He’s even willing to try to be Romeo to Akane’s Juliet in the school play, but which of Akane’s suitors will really win her kiss?

Ranma is distracted by Shampoo’s promise to give him a cure if he will date her. Will Ranma choose the date, or save the Tendo dojo? Ryouga also offers the promise of a cure, but it’s under the girl’s locker room at school. Will Ranma join the pervert ranks with Happosai?

Akane is infamous for her cooking, so who’s to blame Ranma when he’s lured away by the promise of the gourmet stylings of Kodachi “The Black Rose” Kuno. But the main course is shockingly unusual…
