Keith Giffen dramatically revamps 1994’s Catalyst: Agents of Change, bringing a mysterious stranger known only as Law to the utopian city-state of Golden City. After seemingly rescuing Grace, Golden City’s founder Law becomes a popular favorite amongst the citizens of the city and is appointed its figurehead ruler after her death. Through a combination of Machiavellian trickery and brute force, Law parlays this position into one of power.

In the meantime, the growing tent city beyond the city’s walls is becoming a very real threat to public health and safety, and the circumstances surrounding Grace’s death cause the remaining members of Catalyst (Mecha, Rebel, Ruby, and Warmaker) to wonder about the true motives of their new leader.

Agents of Law is part of the Dark Horse Heroes line, formerly known as Comics’ Greatest World.
