Capturing the feel of a Dungeons & Dragons module, Honor Among Thieves features an ensemble cast that is suited for a role-playing game. Led by lawman Galen, the sorcerer Dar, and the youthful Daven Turdock, they are asked by Korin, a tailor who tried to steal their horses, to overthrow Meggin Jarfys. Jarfys controls Korin’s hometown Mir, taking money from frightened people’s businesses. Preparing to attend a horse fair, Galen and his companions instead join some of Mir’s residents to stop Jarfys.
