The man named Deacon is so utterly evil and powerful that an entire agency was formed for the purpose of stopping him. Specifically, two agents of this organization are charged with the constant surveillance of Deacon. These agents names are Elle and Shiano. Elle is basically the brawn for the team while Shiano supplies the brains. They both had better have plenty of each because Deacon’s goal is to kill the Godly Scion of the Genetic Eden Party, Fylon Dregger, who is about to become president.

Seraphim is a three-issue mini-series that could easily be classified as Cyberpunk. It is set in the future (2095) and contains the usual cyberpunk stylings, dark cities, dirty streets, and technology. The series premiered in 1990.
