Double Edge: Omega

    (Marvel, 1995)
™ and ©1995 Marvel Characters, Inc.

Frank Castle watched helplessly, himself critically injured, as his family was brutally murdered by mobsters. Vowing vengeance, he now spends his life dispensing lethal justice as the Punisher.

But the Punisher’s memories have been altered, and he mistakenly believes Nick Fury to be the man who killed his family. With the apparent object of his crusade alive and well, not even the combined forces of SHIELD, Ghost Rider, and Daredevil can keep the Punisher from his sworn mission.

Fury has long been a mainstay of the Marvel Universe, first as a soldier fighting alongside the Howling Commandos, and later as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Supreme Headquarters International Espionage Law-enforcement Division). His death has repercussions that affect several other titles, including the Incredible Hulk and a new Punisher series, as well as being the launching point for the new Marvel Edge logo.
