The world’s enemies are not all easily identifiable. Some have traditional backgrounds and could easily have become heroes, if not for a bad series of events. That seems to be the case with the mysterious, hooded figure known only as Cobra, whose terrorist attacks have caught the world’s attention. Partnering with assassins, mercenaries, and powerful arms dealers, he is fast becoming one of the greatest threats America has ever faced. Fortunately, America has its own defenses, including the legendary hero known as G.I. Joe.

This adventure series is written by Paul Jenkins and features moody art by Eddy Barrows. The publisher was formerly a part of Image Comics.
