The members of Black Ops were once the elite tactical unit for International Operations, until they were falsely branded as outlaws.

DV8 is a group of misfit powerhouses created by the same experiments that produced Gen13. They are led by the enigmatic Ivana Baiul, who uses their talents for her own dark ambitions.

Ivana is currently after a nanovirus capable of rewriting human DNA. With it, she hopes to be able to control not just DV8, but eventually all of the world’s superbeings. Meanwhile, Col. Crane and his Black Ops team are determined to destroy the nanovirus before it falls into the wrong hands…

Needless to say, when these two teams clash, the proverbial you-know-what will most definitely hit the fan.
